Suggest Remedy For Bloated Stomach Due To Cow Hit

About a month and a half ago got knocked over by a cow. It hit my stomach area and feet went from under me and fell on my bottom and then head hit concrete. All seemed ok except for bruised bottom, stomach wasn't sore, but noticed I've got a very bloated stomach/midriff since that happened. Eating or not eating is stays the same.
