At first its very itchy but not painful but when it popped it stick with my undies and it hurts. Im scared i tried to google it and it all comes down to herpes. How can it be? Bec it was more than a year since my last contact when i got this thing.
The kind of skin lesions you have could be suggestive of either a fungal infection or it could be herpes or folliculitis . If you are having repetitive episodes of development of painful or itchy lesions over the groin ,you surely need further assessment by a dermatologist so as to find the exact cause and then treat it . In the meantime ,Keep the affected area clean and dry . Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily. Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesion twice daily.
