Suggest Remedy For Bleeding When On Birth Control Pills
Hello Dr. I started taking birth control pill Diane. Too it for 6 days straight. On the 6th day I had unprotected sex and I missed the pill the next 3 days. On the 3rd day missing the pill I started bleeding lightly. I m I bledding because I missed the pill 3 days in a row?

i can understand your concern.
the bleeding which you have got is the withdrawal bleeding you get after stopping the birth pill.
since you have stopped the drug this would not give you protection anymore.
you should start a new course of diane 35 and use use condoms or any other mode of contraception until then.
diane 35 gives protection when taken continuosly for 21 days and then stopped for 7 days when you get what i have described withdrawal bleeding.
