Suggest Remedy For Black Spots On The Face

hello i have so much black dark marks on my legs due to fall down at playing time on ground and accident black marks also,also i hv pimpels black marks on my face please tell me some best and usefull lotion or cream to clean that black marks spots from legs and face thanku sir

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain dark marks on legs caused due to injury while playing on ground along with dark marks on face secondary to pimples seems to be due to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation..
I would suggest you to apply a steroid ointment over the marks on legs..
They can reduce to some extent but complete fading is a bit difficult..
For face start washing your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash..
You can apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin over the pimples..
You can apply Vitamin E gel..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle scrub..
You can also go for treatments like Microdermabrasion, chemical peeling and photofacial..
