Hi

You seem to be developing acne along with post acne scars over your face .
First of all ,you need to stop scratching or itching over face .
Apply some anti acne agent like clindamycin over the active acne lesions .
Take some oral antihistamine for the itching .
You might need treatment with oral agents as well which you can discuss with your nearby dermatologist.
