The tiolet seat fell on my 3 yr olds penis last week. It was pretty bad an and bleed for 10 min. I was going to take him to the er but in the end I thought he would be ok. It has been a week and he has a black scab on the end of his penis. I know that the scab will fall off but will it leave a chunk missing on the end of his penis. He has got me worried, do you think he needs to go to a urologist?
