Suggest Remedy For Back Pain

Since Monday, (today is Wed), I have had severe lower back pain. I find relief lying on my back, but sitting is uncomfortable and so is slight bending. It is hard to get out of a chair to a standing position. I am a healthy 52 year old female. Could this be a flu?

Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

Mam, It is not flu. You can try mild pain killers orally and also apply gel.

Try simple extension exercises slowly. Hot fomentation helps you. Avoid lifting weights, and bending forward for a while.

Hope this guides you.
Thank you.
