Suggest Remedy For Back Pain With Soft Stools While Having Gastritis

I was diagnoised with gastritis but the pain in my back has not went away and starts hurting again when I eat. My GI did not do blood work to check for any issues with my pancreas. I have been on the new stomach meds for almost a week, with relief in my stomach but not my back. My stool is very yellow and soft.

Please do a serum amylase and lipase level. Get a liver function test as well. Do an USG abdomen. Proceed from there. Its strange not to respond after initiation of care in simple gastritis.
