Suggest Remedy For Anxiety, pressure In Chest, light Headedness And Problem In Breathing

I am 28 5 1 w/f. I take 70mg vyvanse in the am and 20mg adderall in the early afternoon. Lately mostly at night i get real bad anxiety. This afternoon about 4 hrs ago i felt this weird 20 second pain in my neck then my left arm face and hand went numb and i felt like i couldnt breathe. Now 4 hrs later i feel like i cant breathe. Theres pressure in my chest and i am lightheaded. My hearts been beating fast which it has calmed down but the breathing part is the same. I laughed earlier and almost fainted and my chest hurt. Im very active but ive been resting since this started.

Hi Welcome to HCM.
I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms largely point to a noncardiac origin of chest pain largely related to underlying stress and anxiety. This can present with serious chest discomfort mimicking heart attacks, but the nonetheless a complete evaluation is needed. This involves a baseline EKG along with a screening 2 dimensional echocardiography to assess the functional reserve of the heart. These symptoms can also be due to the side effects of the drugs like adderall and vyvanse.I advise you to take smaller doses of these drugs after consulting your physician who prescribed them, since many of the side effects can largely be eliminated.Regular breathing exercises and meditation will help you to get a symptomatic relief.Consult a cardiologist for further expert management.
Post your further queries,if any.
Thank you
