Hello
Green discharge from butt might be related to abscess or infection in perianal region.

I would like further information to help you better
Since how long you have this problem?
Is it associated with loose motion or pain and itching in the anus or surrounding.

Vaginal discharge might be related to inflammation of genitourinary tract either due to infection or allergy.

In my opinion you should visit a gynaecologist for physical examination and vaginal swab culture and urine culture.

You may require a course of antibiotics either oral tablets or vaginal pessaries.

You should avoid constipation by taking laxative or stool softeners
maintain good hygiene
Thanks for your question
Please feel free to ask for.more assistance
