Suggest Remedy For A Tickling Feeling At The Penis When I Urinate

I had very strong back pain in the region of the right idney and than lower to the right in the genital area. I took supository against pain and went to the emwrgency who ekzamined me and also gave me a intramuscular buscopan against pain. The pain stoped after 30 min to 1 hour . I continued with buscopan tablets for a couple of days and than I went to to an ultra sound since according to the symptoms everyone is thinking of kidney stone. Accorsing to the ultrasound everything seamed to be normal. A doctor suggested that it might have been a stone that you have got it out in the meantime or that you might have very small stones like sand that are heatd to be detected in the ultrasound. In any case he auggested me to take antibiotics for two weks. In the meantime I stoped with buscopan and noticed that I did not have any pain anymore. After 10 days with antibiotics I started to have a strange feeking in my penis a ticling feeling an a continues need to urinate. This i lessing last four days with one better day in betwean. Please advice

Hello,

Get examined by a GP. Get required blood tests and investigations done to rule out overactive bladder, diabetes, prostate issues and UTI, etc. Get urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done, if UTI is detected you will be treated with analgesics and antibiotics. Symptoms get reduced as swelling and infections are controlled. Control your blood sugar level at all cost.

Get checked to rule out any developing neuropathy that may cause tickling feeling at the penis. To stop dribbling of urine, your treating doctor will give you anticholinergic medications. Manage your hygiene, avoid using public washrooms. Get repeat ultrasonography done to detect kidney stones after a couple of days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
