I noticed this morning I have a small black dot in the middle of my upper lip. It is about the size of a pen tip, and it does not have blurry edges. I read caffeine may affect it, and I have been drinking about 1 cup of black tea a day for the past month. Should I be concerned, or how long will it take to fade if I reduce caffeine intake? I believe I generally take good care of my lips, but they still are easily irritated.
