Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The lung infection remedy guidelines need details of symptoms which are lacking here. As per primary guidelines I can suggest
- deep breathing exercises, walk in fresh air, YOGA
- antibiotic as per the clinician choice
- gargles with salted lukewarm water added peppermint oil.

Would appreciate follow up with details of symptoms.
