Suggest Remedy For UTI, Muscle Aches In Body And Weakness

I have phantom UTI pain, muscle aches all over my body and feeling a little weak. Urinating a more frequently and when dehydrated, it hurts a little. Drinking a lot of water and sometimes adding sodium hydrogen carbonate to it and I feel tons better, even goes away. Sometimes my lower back hurts and I feel like I m cramping, even when not on my period (though not all the time). Was drinking a lot the past couple of years but I don t any more. I m taking multivitamins and eating lots of vegetables/fruits. Also cut down on coffee. I d like to see a doctor but where should I start?

@ Have plenty of liquids for today and always - preferably boiled water,
coconut water, rice water, green tea, coffee, butter milk, home made fresh
juices etc. to maintain your hydration levels all the time.
@ Have diet rich in all nutrients e.g. protein , iron , trace elements,vitamins
B-complexes - more greens , fruits along with cereals, pulses, legumes ,
dry fruits, jaggery , beetroots.
@ Do regular exercises , YOGA to boost up your immunity.
@ Keep your BP , Blood sugar ,Haemoglobin, Cholesterol levels under
control.
@ Maintain weight chart .
@ Avoid stress / anxiety.
@ Have adequate sound sleep of 8 hours.
@ Avoid sudden bending / very heavy workouts / highly strenuous works
temporarily.
@ Avoid exposure to excess heat.
