Suggest Remedy Fever With Headache

I don't normally have headaches, but last night I had a terrible headache and had 3 bowel movements in a row and then threw up. This same thing happened to be July 4 when I was sleeping on a pillow that was too big for me--I woke up with a terrible headache and had to go to the bathroom (bm) and was nauseated, but didn't throw up. I had a few mild headaches for a while after the one in July...

Hi, welcome to our site. I am Dr Saumya Mittal, MD.

Read your query. That is a very significant question and i appreciate your problem. I will try my best to answer your query

If you had mild fever, I would have thought about the possibility of meningitis very strongly. It is still a probable possibility and I would really suggest that you go for a CT scan or better still an MRI brain. These two will help us know if there is a meningitis or possibly another infection/condition that is affecting the brain.

The onset of these recently will probably rule out more benign conditions like migraine. Unless the neuroradioimaging comes out negative, I will certainly consider the infections and mass lesions as a strong possibility causing these symptoms.

The other benign symptoms may be considered after the neuroradioimaging turns out to be normal like spondylosis, sinusitis, migraine. But as I said, the more crucial things need to be ruled out first.

So do get a neuroradioimaging

I hope this helps you. Inform the reports mentioned above/if any other so I can be of help further.

I have given you the answer to the maximum considering the information provided. The results of the tests could further enhance my answer to you.

Please do understand that some details could be extracted from a detailed history and examination.
