My son aged 13 was suffered from fever for the past 3 days. Now he s recovered from fever but yesterday he has vomiting in the morning and today he s suffering from loose motion. No antibiotics has been given for fever only homeo medicines now what is the remedy for him please can u say sir

if he is suffering from fowl smellling diarrhea with cramps abdominal cramps and fever then the following might help him
1)tab normetrogyl 1-0-1 for 5 days
2)tab lactobacillus 1-0-1 for 5 days
plenty of oral fluids like some buttermilk,fruit juices would help
