Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM!
I carefully read your report and I can understand your query.

The dose of the thyroxin you mentioned is a bit high but it depends by the etiology of the hypothyroidism, your actual weight and of course by the hormonal level. In general to decide if the dose is correct the best factor is the TSH level. If it is within the normal ranges, than the dose is correct.

In rare cases Hashimoto thyroiditis (autoimmune hypothyroidism) is associated with ophtalmopathy, which is manifested with protuberance of the eyeball, dryness of the eyes ect.,

Hope the information is helpful.
I am opened for further questions.

Kind regards,
Dr.M.Guni
