Hi,

As per your query about getting a throbbing headache is a symptom of migraine and usually occurs in half of head. Try to know the aggravating factors like hunger, stress, anxiety, over exposure to sun or it can be stomach upset also and try to avoid these situation which provoke migraine headache to occur.
Pain killers like Sumatriptans are used for migraine under guidance of a physician. I would suggest you to take Paracetamol tablet before it seems that headache will start as a prodromal symptoms. As you are too young to take medications for migraine you should try to prevent the disease by these remedies. Consult a physician for further investigation like CT scan to rule out any other disorder.

I hope this information helps you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jyoti Pandey
