Suggest Remedies For Sweat Rashes Under The Breast And Groin Area

I am a 41 yr female, over weight and started excersisng. This has caused major sweat rash under breasts and groin area. Yesterday and today I have had random bruises appear on the upper thigh and very lower abdomen. I haven t knocked myself. I do suffer from viragos veins and my left lower leg is aching but not swollen. Should I be concerned about the bruising? I m also extremely cold and can t get warm and very tired. Thanks Leanne.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to dermatitis. For that you can apply Hydrocortisone ointment locally. Take Loratidine for itching.

Avoid sweating. Avoid harsh cosmetic products. Avoid hot and humid environment. Maintain proper hygiene. You may require Clotrimazole ointment after consultation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
