General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
It is difficult to comment on the dermatological problems without examination, do I would suggest you to upload the pictures for better assessment or to see dermatologist for examination and further management. I would recommend to get yourself examined rather than taking medication without consulting.
Hope this helps.
Take care
