Hi I noticed little pinch mark on my back last Saturday and checked today and I have about 6 reasonable sized brownish spots on my back. The orignal pinch spot is larger and looks crusty but is completely flat. None of the spots are raised and I couldn t even tell they were there until I looked. Not itchy or anything. Tonight however I have a really sore back, under my shoulder blades and it feels like I m bruised. It hurts to lay on my back and I m a bit worried its something serious. It has just today become sore and feels like a constant burning feeling now.
