Hi,

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, the reason for shortness of breath in your case is anemia.

Try to rule out the cause of anemia like iton deficiency in diet or excessive blood loss or maybe the medicines you are taking for your heart issues causing this issue.

Try taking iron rich food along with good iron supplements once HB will improve symptoms will get better.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
