Suggest Remedies For Shingles Breakout Around The Mouth

I had the shingles vaccine and ended up with shingles all around my mouth & unable to leave my apt., as my adult daughter would not even come near me. I had experienced about 4 breakouts on my abdomen and hips previous to that. I never see this as a side effect. Why not?

Hello, I understand your concerns.
You need specific antiheperpwtic therapy with aciclovir capsulles for 2 weeks so you should consult your doctor about presciption. Also, antiviral ointment can be applied locally but systemic therapy is definitely required if you ask me.
