Hi,

You need an otolaryngologist review or ENT specialist consultation, and more potent antibiotics oral as well as local may be needed. Ciprofloxacin or Moxifloxacin alongside Metronidazole may be needed.

But if vertigo is not due to BPPV on examination or seems due to infection, then Linezolid may be used as Quinolones can worsen the vertigo in that case. For pain OTC analgesics like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful. For vertigo Betahistidine and Metoclopramide can be used after discussing with your primary care physician or ENT specialist.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.
