Have been having this pain in front teeth for a few weeks and am unable to afford to see dentist. Hi,

As per your complain sharp pain in tooth along with loosening can be due to causes like:

1. Deep decay in teeth with pus formation below the root tips of the tooth leading to pain and loosening.

2. It can also be due to deep gum infection leading to loss of attachment of the gums from the teeth leading to loosening and pain.

3. It can also be due to fracture in teeth. I would suggest you to consult a Dentist only as they can it advise appropriate x-rays and advice you treatment according to the cause. As of now take anti inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen and apply numbing gel containing Lignocaine.

Hope this information helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks and regards,
