Suggest Remedies For Sharp Pain Chest With Raised Heart Beats

My boyfriend is under a lot of stress. He has been complaining of his chest and heart beat. He just had an episode where he got up out of bed saying he had sharp pains in his heart and that it was beating fast. He felt dizzy and light headed. He said he jaw hurt. Then got very tired and lates down. What should I do?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you should consult cardiologist first and get done ECG and 2D Echo to rule out cardiac cause.
As chest pain with fast heart beats seen in arrhythmia, valvular heart disease or coronary artery diseases.
So to rule out these, he needs ECG and 2D ECHO.
If all these are normal than this symptoms may be due to stress and anxiety. So keep him to be relax and keep calm. Avoid tension and worries.
