Suggest Remedies For Severe Osteoporosis

yes, I have pain in my right hand/wrist area. it is at the inside of wrist toward the thumb side. it has been ongoing for a couple of months. From everything I ve read it does not seem to be carpal tunnel. I was recently diagnosed with severe osteoporosis.

Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
osteoporosis can not be cured completely. You can manage it symptomatically. You can take analgesics like tramadol for pain.
Calcium supplements can arrest the progress of the disease to an extent. Newer drugs like etidronate can be very effective in osteoporosis.
Consult an orthopedic and he will direct you accordingly.
Wishing you good health.
Regards
Dr Shinas
