Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Cervical spondylosis in early stages can be managed effectively in conservative way. Avoid pillows. You can use an orthopedic pillow. Avoid leaning while reading or typing in mobile or computer. Do exercises for neck muscle strengthening. You can take muscle relaxants, NSAIDs and neurotropic drugs for short term. If it worsens then consult a neurologist.
Thanks.
