Suggest Remedies For Severe Diaper Rashes Around Anal Region Of An Infant
My baby is 28 days old, he has got severe nappy rash around his anal region, which is painful while doing pee. He becomes cranky a lot. Doctor has asked him to apply protectoderm and candidB cream., by mixing them, twice a day. Still it persist and now it looks critical. Please suggest.

Frequent diaper changes and petroleum jelly will be effective in mild cases.
In severe cases with superadded infection antifungals and steroid creams may be required.
