Suggest Remedies For Severe Back Pain
I picked up 2 1 gallon water jugs, went up a hill/stairs than my back hurt(I have back issues & had surgery long time ago/3hrn disc,), biggest PAIN, I went to use bathroom-#1 & its been hurting after I get done peeing! then I get the chills, I have taken pain rx, not helping

Your symptoms seem to be related to back pain due to hernial disc. I suggest you to use anti inflammatory medications for the pain such as Naproxen three times a day.i also suggest using anti-inflammatory creams for local relief.
