Suggest Remedies For Severe Anxiety While On Lexapro

I have sleep issues which cause anxiety and of course vice-versa. one1mg lorazapam in the afternoon allows me to sleep [along with an herbal aid] . I also have a script for lexapro but have not taken it to accomplish the same purpose. Which would be best for extended period[ several months] to get my sleep pattern back. Stopped sleeping in Feb. during a episode of tinnitus. The tinnitus is much better but not sleeping much at all with out aid. Ambien works for 4 hr. but has unacceptable morning side effects. Thanks
