Suggest Remedies For Right-sided Back Pain

there is this pain in my back on the right side just under my ribs. it has been going on now for several months since Jan. ive taken antibiotics to no avail, increased my fluid intake to now avail. there are times i notice its worse like during my cycle,( had a uterine ablation but still know my cycle) and when im constipated. when it flares up i get hot flashes, nausea, and im really tired. sometimes the pain is so bad it radiates all the way to my right shoulder

Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to muscle sprain.

For that, you can take tablet acetaminophen. Apply diclofenac gel with heating pads.

Do regular physical therapy. In case of not getting relief, you may require MRI back after orthopedician consultation.
