Suggest Remedies For Recurrent Joint Pain In Hands And Feet
I am 62 years old and have been told I have osteoarthritis. But the pain is not consistent . Some days I have much more pain than others. Have had joint deformities mostly on hands . I was tested for lupus and result was mildly positive . I am having more difficulty using my hands and my feet are also affected . Any suggestions for making this better?

avoid contact with cold water..in cold weather wear gloves....
some regular exercise and physiotherapy will also help
