Hi I am deepthi and m 26years , because of heat and blood impurity I am getting regular Pimples on my face I stay in Pg so I don’t have others option so ill have food from out .i am applying sandal to my face daily night before going bed but still its not going please suggest
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Pimples (Acne) is caused due to hormonal changes inside the body along with infection of the skin caused due to blockage of sebeceous glands. Kindly stop using application of sandal and other materials over it as it does not help to overcome your problem. Cleanse and wash your face twice daily with mild soap and warm water. After drying, apply cream containing Isotretoin and Clindamycin only over the lesions. Over a period of one month, it should get better. In case it does not respond satisfactorily, you may need certain other medications like use of birth control pills to overcome it. Kindly consult Dermatologist for evaluation and management.
