General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello
i read your question and understand your concern
i would like to ask that
* can you able to move your arm above your head?
* is there any felling of tingling/numbness along with the same pain?
* any h/o shoulder joint dislocation?
*any h/o trauma?
* your age?
* any other joint involvement ?
i would suggest to go for one x-ray of the affected joint AP/LAT
take anti inflammatory and analgesics along with muscle relaxant
and consult your doctor/ rhumatologist for blood tests
good luck and tc
