hi, my little boy had fever 3 days back...his paed checkd and told that he has tonsils grade 2..and prescribed AZEE-4 ml OD, SINAREST AF-5 ml TDS..fever has gone and medicine course will be over but he has started coughing badly since 2 days...what to do
