Suggest Remedies For Persistent Cold And Sinus Infections In A Toddler
Ok I have 2 grandchildren that have been to the pediatrician every week for months now. Colds sinus infections one is 2.5 yrs. The other is 14 mos. They had their house sprayed for anta back in August. I m thinking their health is being affected by the spray that was used.
Hello Dear. There can be possibility of spray causing acute respiratory infection, but the duration of spray symptoms wont last this long. Preventive measures like hygiene and dust control are very important in the prevention of respiratory infections.
Most causes of an acute respiratory infection aren’t treatable. Therefore, prevention is the best method to ward off harmful respiratory infections. Help your children by making them follow good hygiene, by doing the following:
1. Wash your hands frequently, especially after you’ve been in a public place. 2. Always sneeze into the arm of your shirt or in a tissue. Although this may not ease your own symptoms, it will prevent you from spreading infectious diseases. 3. Avoid touching your face, especially your eyes and mouth, to prevent introducing germs into your system.
Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you. All the best With warm regards Dr Sanjay Kini
