Suggest Remedies For Palpitations, Nausea And Skipped Heart Beats

My husband is having irregular heart beats, skipping beats and racing to 102bpm and more. Sometimes it comes with pain in his chest, neck, jaw, dizziness and nausea. He is 40, a smoker, active and not overweight. What should he do? He has been to the Drs who prescribed an indigestion remedy which had no impact. He has also been to A&E as we were very worried he might have had a small heart attack.

Hello,

Since your husband is having dizziness, palpitations, chest pain radiating to neck & jaw, you need to visit ER, get him physically checked. Get CBC, Urinalysis, X-Ray, ECG, Echocardiography, stress test, lipid profile done.

If any developing CAD, coronary artery disease is detected he will be treated according to the severity of the pathology. He may need medications or surgery.

Help him switch to a healthy lifestyle with regular walking, taking a healthy homemade nutritious food & fruits, berries, veggies.

Avoid greasy, junk food, red meat, cut on a high protein diet. Avoid addictions if any. Maintain weight as per BMI.
