Suggest Remedies For Painful Swelling On Foot Post Injury

I fell about 2-3 weeks ago I head it crack it doesn t hurt but the bump is swollen not bad I can walk and move my foot all around it hurts sometime up to my knee I take a very powerful pain killer opana 60milagrams a day after it kicks iin I don t have much pain at all What to do Should I get an x-Ray

An injury like that suggests of a fracture and since you're taking very strong painkillers, it isn't hurting you.
You should get an X ray done and also, if needed, a plaster placed for immobilization of the foot so the reunion of the bone is proper. Also the painkillers would just help you with the management of pain but not the cause of the pain you're having.
So I suggest you to go for X ray and proper management of the injury.
