Suggest Remedies For Pain In The Leg While Having Cerebral Palsy

My husband has Cerebral Palsy and his left leg hurts so bad he can barely move, especially in the morning. Is there any medication that he could take that might help him. Our doctor told him to take arthurtis strength tylenol and aleve. He does have a muscle relaxer but it puts him to sleep.

Hello,

For muscle spasm, he may need to treated with centrally acting muscle relaxants like Baclofen etc. Yes, it may cause drowsiness but peripheral acting one is not much useful.

Please consult your physician he will examine write less drowsy centrally acting muscle relaxant.
