Suggest Remedies For Oozing Bumps On Skin
I am 73 years of age, recently and slight bump or scratch generates blood from the scratch. A few years ago went I had similar situations my skin would be scratched but I didn t generally bleed ? I understand that your skin get more opaque. Is this common for someone my age ?

Hi,
If it bleeds easily from the minor scratches and continues to do so, needs blood counts test to look for platelets and blood clotting profile to rule out bleeding tendency etc.
It can be pruritis or allergic rash but dermatologist review may be considered if it persists. Using topical calamine lotion for itching and antihistamines like Cetrizine or Loratadine may be helpful.
