Suggest Remedies For Numbness And Pain In Left Side Of Body Post Electrocution

I got electrocuted putting a light bulb in a few weeks ago. It went from my finger all the way up my left arm to the left side of my brain. I don t know how long it lasted exactly. That same night my entire left side was weak even my face. I couldn t even write correctly I had to go slow. I also got a headache on the same side the the current went up and felt like it grabbed my brain. Since then I have been in pain on the same side. My entire left arm hurts it even wraps around the back of my shoulder. Some mornings and throughout the day my left wrist swells and hurts really bad. I also am feel numbness and tingling on my left side and now, more recently, my legs are starting to ache. What is going on and what do I do?

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi,

This indicates some nerve damage and you should see a physician for the same. Usually with medicines you will be fine in some time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Harshita, Ophthalmologist
