Suggest Remedies For Mildly Elevated BP Levels

Sir/madam, I am prasanna 24 yrs male from india my height is 159cms and weight 66kgs i have several problems such as Back pain due to bulging in spine disk l1 and l2 lumber spine i think so,have mild pain some times so i had a mri scan and came to know about this And then while having a check up my doctor advised me to lower the salt content because of my bp 130/100 so now i want to know about this and remedial measures please. Thank you.

YOU FOLLOW LIFESTYLE MODIFICATIONS AS BELOW.
1-reduce weight by two -three kgs
2-check lipidprofile if high
3-stop smoking if smoker
4-take salt 5-daily exercise;take advise from orthopaedician before exercise ? disc problem
these will reduce your BP by 10--33mmHg
