Suggest Remedies For Lower Abdominal Pain On The Left Side
Im having a lower abdominal pain on my left side about 4-5inches below my belly button and four-5 inches to the left... it has been a dull ache for the better part of two weeks. at no time has is been exactly painful...but its very uncomfortable. my bowel movements and urination have been completely normal. when i lay on my back and stretch out ,it relieves some of the discomfort...but at no time in the last two weeks has the pain totally subsided. I have no insurance and am afraid to go to a hospital because of what it will cost. Thank You Travo

As I understand it could be due to gastritis or muscular pain . Complete treatment require diagnosis of condition using ultrasonography of abdomen or CT scan of abdomen . presently for symptomatic relief you can take enzymatic and carminative preparation along with some acid decreasing agent like pentoprazole or rabiprazole. I suggest to consult a gastroenterologist if pain persist .
