General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Low testosterone in men can have a variety of symptoms such as a reduction in facial, underarm and pubic hair growth and many others such as: breast development, loss of sexual desire and libido, erectile dysfunction, low energy, and mood.

Treatment is directed at the cause and aimed at restoring levels into the normal range. Shots work fine but they tend to cause peaks and troughs (high and low levels) in the blood while gels generally give steady continuous levels.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
