Hello,

It is clear your blood pressure medications need to be adjusted to address both the low blood pressure levels and low potassium.
Some blood pressure medications might affect the potassium levels so it is important to have them checked with the cardiologist and make sure you take medications that do not decrease potassium or if you have to take one that decreases potassium, it should be combined with one that increases it so together they do keep it in normal range.

You will also need to regularly check potassium level in blood to make sure it is reaching good levels because changes in potassium levels may affect the heart rhythm as well.

I hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
