I have injured my left thigh muscle from being extremely stressed. I didn t realize I was tensing these muscles due to a past faced, extremely stressful job I had at a state agency in the Arizona Supreme Court. It is a soft tissue injury and at times, I can hardly put my full weight on my leg. My question is-Do I need to move more to heal it as in walking around the park, or should it be rested until the pain goes away? I am a retired secretary and know I need physical activity. Hello dear I understand your concern You have develop symptoms of muscle stressed. Taake following advises: Tablet ibuprufen three times per day for 5-6 days Tablet serritopeptidase Tablet rantac Apply volini gel and wam pad application Wear elastic crepe bandage Take rest till you get better and avoid activity that cause stress and pain on muscle.
