Suggest Remedies For Head Lice
Hello Doctor. I have had head lice for 4 months now. I ve tried all OTC treatments including Lindane and Permethrin. Same with soaking my hair in Olive or coconut oil. I am at my wits end on what to do. Local doctors here are saying I should just shave my head

Effective treatment for head lice is permethrin. If not responding better to try pyrethrins topical applications, twice a day for 7 to 10days & also ivermectin lotion can be used.
