my father 70yrs old have gallstone, sugar, & dilated cardio problume but too much gas forming in his stomach they feel unconfortable and seek . the gallstone have to multiple in gallbalader. the doctors refused operation becouse his ef 27% .then what can i do for my father to give relief for gallstone forming gas and upper abendom hardness .please advise me sir
