Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

I have read all your symptoms and i think i understand what you might have.

In my clinic,i have worked and keep working on cases like yours, with symptoms like the one that you have.

Probably this is the case of an urinary tract infection (UTI) ,probably you have infection of your bladder(cystitis)

You have the most common symptoms of the cystitis. Here are most of the symptoms and depending of the kind of infection and the response of your immune system you might have a few or all of the symptoms below. So if you feel another symptom, don't be afraid.

- the urge to urinate.
-a burning sensation when urinating.
-passing frequent, small amounts of urine.
-blood in the urine
-smelling urine.
-pelvic discomfort.
-a feeling of pressure in the lower abdomen.
-low grade fever.

If i were your doctor i would start you on antibiotics, depending from your age, allergies and your medical history (if you are over 18, ciprofloxacine is the best choice ) and do an urine culture/test to confirm the diagnosis. Paracetamol or ibuprofen for the pain management

Also i will write some tips that help you to treat the infection and help your body to not get a new one:
-drink as much liquids as possible, especially fresh fruit juice of oranges or lemons that have Vitamin C to help your immune system
-use the best natural antiseptics like chamomile tea, marshmallow root tea , peppermint-ginger-juniper berry tea they help the UT to clean itself and destroy the bacteria
-Do not hold your urine, urinate as soon as you can and always emptying your bladder fully
-emptying your bladder as soon as possible after having sex
